Dakota Plumbing & Hydronics

They have done some work for me through reliance. Its been on going for over a month and my water softener still doesn't work. Been trying to get a hold of them for a few days but they don't answer the phone or return messages.

Dakota has been our reliable plumber for a few years now and has helped with several jobs ie kitchen, bathroom, sump pump. Excellent work, excellent communication. He is the fella to call !

The guys are fantastic. They did the job on time and were very neat. They had great communications letting me know what was going on from booking the install to getting the job completed. I would recommend them for anyone needing plumbing services. A solid team.

My grandmother has a service plan with Reliance. She required a plumber install a new faucet and drain spout for the main bathroom, a half bathroom, replace the threaded valve with a bulb vale and fix the laundry room sink. Through Reliance Dakota Plumbing and Hydronics were dispatched. Dakota was very friendly listened to what she wanted than made his recommendations. The work took two visits due to parts. Dakota's work was impeccable. The main area that was impressive is the bill. Exactly as discussed
and quoted. Many times bills become a sore point as there are costs that weren't disclosed or in some cases quoted wrong. It's nice to say neither occurred with Dakota and his company. I would easily recommend Dakota of Dakota Plumbing and Hydronics to anyone needing a plumber. Thank you, Dakota

Dakota provides excellent service. He was quick to act and extremely professional. You were able to see the confidence he had in his skills and the knowledge he had around the entire industry and what is required.

I put out my request late night Tuesday, and by Wednesday AM Dakota had reached out, which was followed up by a call a few hours later - love the proactiveness (is that even a word?). By the afternoon, Dejan came by and was super friendly right from the start. He easily fixed one toilet that was having issues flushing/running, and then installed the Tushy bidet onto the master toilet. Very simple tasks for a professional and he never made me feel stupid for hiring someone to do it (which I appreciated). He was fun to chat with and basically broke down each step along the way, even teaching me how to remove the drawers from my bathroom cabinet. I saved Dakota's number and I'll definitely be using his team in future. Highly recommended.

Dakota was extremely timely in his responses and appointment. I had 2 toilets replaced and although this is perhaps not a review of the products (Gerber, Viper) they were Dakota's recommendation, so important to the overall service. The toilets seem good (better than the original builder's special ones ever were). two people, Dakota and an assistant in and out in an hour and the work seemed fine. The only small issue was one toilet was a tiny bit rocky (have you ever seen a perfectly level tile floor) but with a $10 tube of silicon I fixed that myself quickly. The installed price seemed reasonable given the online retail price I could find. So count me as very satisfied. I would use Dakota again and recommend.

Dakota was quick to respond through phone and came out to the house for a formal quote. The job was to assemble/install a new laundry room sink and move around the washer/dryer and the piping . He also brought and replaced a toilet for us. Dakota and his apprentice were on time, professional and did a great job. Would highly recommend their services to others and would use them again if need be.

Called Dakota to help move some plumbing fixtures for office renovations. He came same day to have a look at the site and give a quote! Day of renovations, Dakota was punctual, communicative and got the job done in a timely and cleanly manner! He also brought his wonderful apprentice with him, which he was just as professional. I am so appreciative for the work he has done for our office and will always keep him on my call list for any other jobs!
