Contractor was hired based on a referral, was given a complete set of drawing for the job and not only incorrectly ordered the material, three times, he would not take responsibility for his mistake. To add to the mess he repeatedly asked for more money to continue the job and threatened to walk off the job if not given more. I was forced to fire him due to poor quality, inability to problem solve and very poor communication. I do not recommend him for any work and most certainly do not recommend giving him any progress payments or up front payments as I did so and he has never returned what he did not use.

Jordan installed our new furnace and air conditioner in July 2023. He gave us a competitive quote, got started quickly and kept his work site clean. He kept in touch with us, answered any questions we had during the installation, and checked in with us after the work was complete. We would recommend him - he did a great job.

Jordan replaced our furnace 2 years ago. I purchased a mini split AC unit for the house July/2023 and I did the majority of the install but I needed Jordan to cut/flare the refrigerant lines, purge and hook up the electrical. He finished this job quickly without any issues. I would recommend Mountains Edge Mechanical to install or complete your HVAC needs.

Jordan replaced the water heaters in my home with 1 larger tank to support the domestic and in floor heating. We were happy with his communication and timely manner. He cleaned up the area and it looks great and works great.

This work was done in June 2021, I have two older R22 2Ton AC units in my 20yr old house. The main floor unit was not keeping up and the house would slowly warm up. I got a call from Jordan shortly after I put in my request through HomeStars. They were out the next day and found that the freon was low and were able to top it up. I had them check the 2nd unit and it was fine. I was extremely pleased with how fast they were able to look after my issue. The repair cost were extremely reasonable. The AC worked well this summer keeping us cool through that heatwave. I will definitely use them again for all my HVAC needs.

We wanted to add A/C to an existing forces air furnace. Jordan came to our house and looked at it for us.

He came back with options and choices to meet our needs. The most impressive part is coordinated all the other trades and did exactly what he promised and the install was flawless.

Moved my floor cold air return to the wall & installed 3 bathroom ceiling fans (made new one in en-suite). Jordan was professional, cost effective, fair, on-time and was diligent with his communication. He made sure I was satisfied with his work before asking for payment.

I'm a first time home owner. I was initially was satisfied with the service I received from Jordan (the owner and technician) until I discovered that the hole cut into my furnace was not necessary and was a way to get more money from a simple maintenance check. When he said he needed to do this because he wasn't able to see my heat exchanger to check it for cracks (super important). This seemed like an odd request given that the furnace had been inspected before by two technicians and neither of them cut a hole in the furnace but I approved this because he's the professional and I trusted that he considered all other options before cutting a 20"x20" hole in my furnace. Fast forward 1 week when I change the filter on the humidifier that is attached to my furnace (see the pictures below). If you simply loosen the screws that secure the humidifier to the furnace you can remove it to reveal a 15"x15" hole that allows you to observe the heat exchanger in its entirety. He chose to cut a hole in my furnace, patch it with metal, screws and foil tape and charged me $38 extra when he could have simply removed the humidifier to access the heat exchanger. It feels like I was taken advantage of and that's the worst part cause I know that there are good people out there that do quality work but this has shown me that I need to have my guard up because there are a few people that will take advantage of your ignorance like Jordan did.

Jordan did a great job installing a cold air return in an extension room, and also he installed an outside vent through my roof for a fume hood over my stove.
