I had an appointment with Tarun between 6pm-8pm. He was able to to come by much earlier, which was great. He was able to diagnose the problem with my Samsung washer door not opening. I was billed for the service call only since no further work was necessary.

Meet and Alex are great. Very responsive. My oven and washing machine failed on the same day. Alex came that same day and fixed the oven. Very nice guys. Meet is taking care of the washing machine.

Alex and Tarun did a great job re-mounting out Miele dishwasher that had come loose because the screws broke!. They were thorough and careful and went the extra yard to make sure it was secure and wouldn't come loose again. They are lovely people, polite and hard working, and I highly recommend them!

Phillip was awesome. Our dishwasher heating element was busted, and he and his assistant came by, gave an estimate, and didn't initially charge us. They came back a few days later to do the the work, did a solid job, and charged a very reasonable rate. Super up front, responsible, honest and capable. They left to get the part, but we're back in an hour and had the refrigerator working again less than 4 hours after I initially contacted them! Highly recommend this place and would definitely come to them again in the future for appliance repair. Harsh was extremely patient and helpful in explaining the reasons causing the damage on my stovetop and recommended that a new replacement is more worth the money than a repair. Very genuine and nice people and I would definitely recommend anyone to do business with them.
