The same guy has looked at our washer, dryer, dishwasher, and range. Phillip knows his stuff, and Appliance Repair tells you right away if they can fix your appliance or not and how much time it will take to get the part(s) as well as how much labor will be required when the parts arrive.

Absolutely useless. Quoted me $265 plus tax for repair. Took dryer apart, said He didnt know what was wrong with it, put it back together and left. Refused to do anything further or refund my money. I would never use this company again.

Meet was amazing. He fixed my Thermador range's electrical problems which 2 other experts, sent by the brand, could not. I highly recommend Appliance Repair Crew Inc.

Really appreciative and thankful for Alex, the technician, who came on Labor Day to check my fridge as it was not cooling properly or fast enough. Then today, I called in the morning, because I was doubting myself as the fridge was working again. As they guarantee the diagnostic for 10 days, Alex was kind enough to come later today and while he was patient with me and checked everything, he was right all along. He is very knowledgeable, professional and gave me good advice. I strongly recommend Appliance Repair Crew Inc. for any appliance repair.

So far so good. Great service! I called Harsh last minute and he came to me on the same day. Fixed my dryer within an hour and its working well.
I was personally fine with it and I had great customer service so I couldnt complain.

Ice Maker unit in freezer has jammed. Hardik showed up early and completed the repair quickly. Friendly, Great service.

Hardik came over and fixed our ancient frig/freezer that the previous frig repair guy completely misdiagnosed. Hardik took his time to thoroughly examine the frig, and then patiently explain everything to us in layman's terms. He was on time, very polite, and very knowledgable.

Our Samsung refrigerator started breaking down. It is only 2 1/2 years old!!! Several repair companies refused to service a Samsung. Samsung company say they were sending technicians who never showed up! Hardik didn't hesitate and promptly showed up. He is very honest and explained Samsung's design flaw. He didn't pressure us but instead told us to think about our decision to fix the issue or replace the refrigerator. We called him back...he came and fixed it. We are thrilled!!

Hardik came out to diagnose and repair our new'ish Bosch dishwasher that had failed and flooded our kitchen and laundry room. He was very knowledgeable and fixed everything on the first attempt (1-2 day delay for parts but in the repair world that is lightening fast). We are so happy to have found this company and Hardik. Highly recommend.
