I was blessed to have been referred to Appliance Repair Crew by a friend of mine. I had made it a point to call them because my dishwasher had stopped working and I really needed it fixed. The whole process was very smooth and professional. They were able to come right over and fix the problem within an hour! I called this company when I had a major issue with my dishwasher. It was leaking water everywhere, and they were able to come out within an hour of my call. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! He was able to fix the leak in no time and even cleaned the inside of my dishwasher for me! I would highly recommend this business to anyone who's having issues with their appliances.

I would highly recommend Meet. He responded quickly to my request for a quote. He showed up at the time he said, is polite and his prices are fair. He repaired the thermostat on my dryer in less than an hour. Hopefully, I won't have to call him again anytime soon, but should I have an appliance in need of a repair he will be my first call.

No one seemed to know how to fix our Frigidaire dishwasher, but they did. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience, don't use this company. Had them come to service a dryer at a rental property I have. They came for the service call and figured out what the issue was. They got my tenant to agree to paying for the service call and the part replacement order. Without confirming with me, the person paying the bill. Then when I tried to cancel that and just pay for the service call, they told me there is a cancellation fee associated with it. All in all, terrible service. Don't use this company

Professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. Because they arrive well-stocked they had the part readily available and fixed my oven in minutes. This is now my go-to company for appliance repairs.

Our hose in the back of our dryer broke. Ramon came out and fixed it that very day. He fixed the hose like it was never broken. He also serviced our refrigerator and oven. He was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I will only use this Company from now on.
