These people saved my life. Lynn and Mark helped me out of a terrible hoarding situation. They were quick, professional, and compassionate. Lynn helped me to figure out a new routine that worked for me and two years later I still have a beautiful and tidy home. I don't know what I would have done without them. If you are considering calling them I urge you to do it today! They literally transformed my life and took a giant weight off my shoulders.

I had them come in to purge my place because of bugs, covered by Niagara Services.
They took most of my furniture, and did not tell me that they could no longer replace it.

Hi!

I did personally explain the entire project to you and you agreed to all services which were entirely funded by a 3rd party, which we helped source for you to halt your eviction proceedings. Sadly your furniture was too contaminated by both bed bugs and cockroaches to be saved, this was confirmed by licensed pest control and the building management team. We attempted to go above and beyond and facilitate replacement furniture, at no charge to you, as the 3rd party funding was for removal and deep clean of a severely contaminated unit only. You were not receptive to the replacement furniture so we could do no more. I also returned to the unit to help you find the camera, we found it in the closet. If you wish to contact us regarding the project or any aftercare available, please don't hesitate to call the team and we'll do exactly what we set out to do during your initial project, go above and beyond to help you.

Outdoor Reno

UTP made a summer reno project so much easier. With limited time it was nice to hire them to coordinate parts of our project so we didn’t have to. We had a new patio installed as well as sod work done afterwards. They coordinated with the sod company etc and we used them when we were short on help for the project. They provided a crew member and assisted in helping the company install the patio! All in all great guys to work with!!! They always go above and beyond!

Three separate visits

Three separate projects at different times
1 - my attic
2 - my garage
3 - my basement

I will admit that I’m a hoarder. Your team came in and straightened me out on that. I had to justify keeping just about anything l wanted to keep.

Each project generated a truckload of junk and I was very pleased when done. I still have at least one more session this spring.

There are those who might say the service is too expensive but what it cost was more than worth it to me. (These are the same people who asked how much I was paid for my junk)
