I had them come in to purge my place because of bugs, covered by Niagara Services. They took most of my furniture, and did not tell me that they could no longer replace it.

I did personally explain the entire project to you and you agreed to all services which were entirely funded by a 3rd party, which we helped source for you to halt your eviction proceedings. Sadly your furniture was too contaminated by both bed bugs and cockroaches to be saved, this was confirmed by licensed pest control and the building management team. We attempted to go above and beyond and facilitate replacement furniture, at no charge to you, as the 3rd party funding was for removal and deep clean of a severely contaminated unit only. You were not receptive to the replacement furniture so we could do no more. I also returned to the unit to help you find the camera, we found it in the closet.
