I am doing a kitchen reno myself and had to shift a bunch of the plumbing around. I figured 2 to 3 hours of work for a pro compared to me doing it for a day and frustration. I spoke to Ryan, sent him some pics and he was how about Sunday morning. He was here when he said he would, explained everything he was going to do and was very friendly and great customer service. Showed me a few things I can do on my own. He cleaned up all of his work and was done in the time I expected. Great guy and if you have a small or big job call Ryan you will be very happy you did.

Ryan was first referred to me a few years back and I have hired him several times since then.

At the time we lived in a century home and the old cast iron drain pipe in the basement was corroded and starting to leak.

Ryan took the time to explain what he was going to do and how it would solve the issue. In addition to fixing the problem, he also spent some time looking at the fixtures in our basement and found a more efficient way to connect them for better drainage (which subsequently eliminated a mysterious odor in our laundry sink that I had attributed to old age).
