Warranty Issues

KD installed sealed window glass units for my home with a 10 year warranty. Within 3 years of installation, the seal of one unit failed. I contacted KD many times without getting any response from it. I then complained KD about this to BBB. BBB made a lot of efforts and contacted KD many times as well but KD never responded to BBB, either. KD is not a BBB accredited business. BBB does not have an enforcing power and had to close the case without being able to resolve it. The issue remains un-resolved.
