Guardian Pool Services and Team were amazing. I found them on Homestars. They were so professional, easy to work with and fairly priced. This is my second year using them. I had an issue with my pool equipment this year that no one was able to figure out. GianCarlo came out and tried multiple solutions until he was able to solve the problem for us. He saved us thousands of dollars. His attention to this issue was really appreciated.
The team also kept my pool looking beautiful all summer long. Use Guardian, they are amazing!

Guardian Pool Services has been servicing my large inground pool since 2018. This includes opening and closing the pool, plus any necessary repairs encountered through the season. (such as replacing the pump) Giancarlo and his crews have provided excellent service and fair pricing. I am rather fussy about my pool, and Giancarlo has catered to all my whims and preferences. It is this personal service and attention to detail that sets Guardian apart. They are responsive if a problem arises and remember my pool's history. I give Guardian a first class rating.

Over the Winter Pioneer Pools in Newmarket had moved the Manager (Jordan) to the Barrie store. Their key service rep also left the store leaving the store without a service department and me with a leak that had to be repaired because we sold the house (long story). After calling Jordan I received a call from JC and we scheduled a date and time for a visit. Jc showed up as scheduled. We talked about the problem and the reason for leak to be repaired ASAP. I could tell that this guy was focused on Customer Service (a very rare treat) I found out also he was from Guardian Pools and there to do what it takes. He had all the parts needed and followed up every other day until I was 100% happy. Needless to say we were very pleased with the very Professional service we received. If you're reading this and getting quotes you stop right now. Knowing JC and the way he works I can almost guarantee he will over exceed you're expectations.

On short notice Giancarlo and his team have secured and installed new pool parts, so that not a day of swimming was missed.
