Refrigerator repair

Refrigerator broke down on a Friday. Called one repair technician and was given a Tuesday. Called Dowell, and he came same day. Diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Came back on Saturday to complete the repair. Very professional.

Repair of oven that did not heat up to selected temperature.

Beau Dowell repaired my oven that did not heat up. He found the problem quickly and was able to fix it in an efficient and effective manner. He checked the other connections in the stove to make certain they were in good working order.
He is professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to use his services again and also would recommend him to others.
