Would not ever recommend this company for insect pest control. Ash was knowledgeable yet pushy, knowing we wanted to rid ourselves of our pest issue so badly. We had two days to prep a multi level home with multiple people and animals during pandemic restrictions. He was easy going and complimentary during the inspection and when he returned with his co-worker, he was impatient and rushing us out. They spent less than an hour in our home. Due to our animals most of us stayed away for a few days. Upon returning, within a couple days we started seeing our pest issue again from all the same locations as prior and by two weeks nearly as frequently causing us to question whether anything was even done. There were some glue traps laid down and we did find evidence of residual spray in a few cupboards yet it didn't explain why the issue seemed unchanged. Due to our uneasy feeling about the costs incurred, the lack of results and no guarantee additional service would result in any change we chose to cancel any further treatment.
The price we thought was originally a bit on the high side yet not unexpected. What we did find odd was the indication it could take up to 5 sprays or more every couple weeks (at an additional $3-400 per session) yet we were assured it likely would take less, depending on the severity of the infestation that would be worse case. With no change after the first application, we had no confidence in resolution being attained with Maximum so we sought out another company.
(The next company was thorough in talking with us about preparations and expectations, stayed in communication with us regarding our appointment including texts to advise when they were on their way and when they would be arriving that day. They were completely professional, and provided a 6 month guarantee of their work as well as multiple follow-ups by phone and email regarding the outcome and expectations to have of the service so we could understand how it all worked. The price was nearly half of Maximum's cost and the results have lasted two+ months at this point.)
