He made sure to explain what he was doing while he was doing it, so I had a detailed understanding of any noted deficiencies. He was very professional, and got the inspection report to me quickly. Anton at TRU Inspections did an extremely thorough job. He had a drone and ladder so that he could properly inspect the roof, upper-level windows, and the chimney. Anton walked around the property with me and explained the different deficiencies in detail, and offered advice on how to fix the issues, estimated costs, and whether they were significant or minor deficiencies. Anton completed the home inspection report the same day the inspection was completed and scheduled a call with me to walk me through the report and explain the different sections. Overall, Anton and TRU Inspections provided meaningful guidance on my home purchase and I am extremely thankful for his detailed work and hands-on approach.

Anton was flexible on multiple appointment change. He has the full knowledge on the advanced home inspection process. He arrived on time at the site and started his inspection.
