Paid deposit in April , I waited until Mid May to followup and was assured that I would have my roof done. The contact was 98 % initiated by me, materials then became the focus of excuses. In July I asked for a return for the deposit, Richard then assured me he would be on the job ready to go July 26th , 10 minutes before he texts to say he is looking after his sister's dog. Then it was his truck, the metal supplier is on holidays. I insisted on the return of the deposit and he had no credibility with me and I no longer wanted his work. Since then he has not returned the money. Avoid this man/company
