Called Dr. Plumbing to help prep my kitchen to be
demolished. This involved the removal of the
dishwasher (which is going into the new kitchen).
The plumber was on time and professional. He even
helped put the dishwasher in the garage. Excellent
service. He also disconnected the plumbing under the
sink and even looked at the main shut off valve that I
had concerns about. I would definitely recommend
these guys.

Dr. Plumbing was very professional. My appointment was booked over the phone and adhered to as planned.

Seyed (the plumber) was respectful, courteous, experienced and professional. He repaired the problems I was having and took time to diagnose and explain what was happening with solutions and remedies to fix.

I called Dr. Plumbing yesterday with an emergency. Mark arranged for our technician to come within 24 hr. Seyed arrived this morning and quickly remedied the problem. He also cleaned the calcium deposits that were part of the problem. We also asked him to evaluate the condition of the toilet. His advice was clear and very helpful. We will definitely call Dr. Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs.

This company sent out Seyed who is a Master Plumber. My 15 minute repair turned out to be much more complicated but Seyed came prepared and had all the parts he needed in his truck. I was very impressed with how professional he was, he even helped the superintendent find the shut offs required to shut off the water to my unit. So professional and knowledgeable. He stayed until the job was done and offered some suggestions for me to consider in the future to avoid other problems. I highly recommend this company. I called them on Tuesday and the job was done on Wednesday. They are fast, knowledgeable, prepared and are reasonably priced - I could not be happier. Thank you Dr. Plumbing and Seyed!

Seyed did an excellent job with a toilet installation. Also, he diagnosed resolved an issue with a flush valve with another toilet.

Saeed came and checked on the problems and returned and fixed everything to my satisfaction. Very helpful and friendly.

We were required to replace improperly installed drain piping under a new sink installed by non-professional.
Tech showed up only a little later than agreed, understandable considering the unpredictable nature of his assignments.
He worked quickly to remove all offending piping and complete a new proper installation. The area was left clean and tidy.

I've had a tonne of different professionals come around to get this job done (install a faucet for a hose one the outside of my 100+ year old home...) and there was ALWAYS some problem holding it back. They didn't have the drill, they couldn't schedule the installation for a convenient time, the price was exorbitant etc.

Dr Plumbing came to the rescue. They gave me a very attractive quote sight unseen (which they held to precisely) they were fully equipped, and Seyed was excellent.

Seyed in particular was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly, he knew exactly what he was doing, he was well equipped, and he was quick, efficient and friendly. (He even came on the weekend - another total bonus).
