I called Dr. Plumbing yesterday with an emergency. Mark arranged for our technician to come within 24 hr. Seyed arrived this morning and quickly remedied the problem. He also cleaned the calcium deposits that were part of the problem. We also asked him to evaluate the condition of the toilet. His advice was clear and very helpful. We will definitely call Dr. Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs.

We need new florescent lighting downstairs. Artem came and told us how we could improve and update the lighting. He called us within a few days to tell us what lighting he found as well as the price. We agreed and he came about a week later. We now have brilliant lighting downstairs! Once the lighting was done he installed blinds in the master bedroom and then a new towel rack for us. He works very efficiently. Lastly, while in the basement, I pointed out the floor which is in disrepair. He told me he can do a new floor for me. Very happy with the quality of his work.

New Look Windows was the first of the several companies to answer their phones when I rang. Several companies were too busy or couldn't be bothered to return or answer my calls. On that very first call, a time for a home visit was arranged. Eddy was helpful at every stage. He gave us a clear breakdown of the costs once he had measured the windows. I had to delay the original installation date. When I did not hear back from the installation team after some time, I called Eddy. Within a day, I received a call with a date. Oleg and Vlad were very efficient and very easy to have in our home. Our house is older, there were some issues with installation especially in the front room windows. I sent photos to Eddy. He and the guys conferred and then in time the windows were in and looked beautiful. After installation, we found that now that we had the new windows there were other secondary areas where cold air was coming in that had nothing to do with the new windows. We were able to fix this problem. I wanted to wait until a very cold day with wind to test out the new windows. With the storm on the 23 and 24th of December,. I am happy to say that the windows passed the wind and cold test with flying colours!

This company has such excellent standards. Our installer, Mike, is very skilled and is so precise. He pays attention to every detail. Each step of the process was carefully and beautifully done and the results surpassed my expectations. Additionally, I was very relieved that there was negligible off-gassing from the cabinets.

Excellent website! Sales agents were very helpful both online and in-store. Excellent communication from the company as to delivery. On delivery, I was alerted to the fact the the stove was crushed in on the side and one corner was warped. The delivery guys took photos and contacted the company. Within minutes I received an email to call for re-delivery. Delivery arranged for next day. Up to this point, everything had gone very, very well. HOWEVER, when I went back into 'Manage my order' late that evening, there was an additional delivery fee posted if the stove was to be delivered. This cost should be absorbed by the party responsible for the damage. That next morning, I received a call that that the stove would come between 9-1:00 p.m. However, stove was delivered 15 minutes later at 8:10 a.m. and I had had no time to contact my gas installer to disconnect old stove. Had to call the company about pick up of old stove 2x. Second time, I received a call the next day saying that the old stove would be picked up without additional charge. I had already paid a fee for this. Being able to track my order meant that I was not stuck at home all day waiting around. The fact that the company was willing to work with me to resolve the issue was key for me. It means that in the future when I need new appliances, I will return to CAS as I will have confidence that they will work with me if there are problems. I am a very happy customer now.
