My 15 month old LG Washer/Dryer Combo kept giving me an error message. I spoke with Roman about what was happening and he said he knew how to fix it. He was able to come the same day and diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a maintenance problem (which he solved) and not a repair problem. He adjusted his fee accordingly and gave me some very helpful tips about using the combo that couldn't be found in the Owner's Manual. Roman is very professional, knowledgeable and great value. I highly recommend Roman for any appliance repair and if needed in the future he will be my first call. Thank you Roman.

I ordered a dishwasher that had a plug connection which my old one did not. I spoke to Felix on the phone and he said he could do the job. He was fast, professional and when an extra part was needed he had it with him. I'm very happy with the service he provided. This company sent out Seyed who is a Master Plumber. My 15 minute repair turned out to be much more complicated but Seyed came prepared and had all the parts he needed in his truck. I was very impressed with how professional he was, he even helped the superintendent find the shut offs required to shut off the water to my unit. So professional and knowledgeable. He stayed until the job was done and offered some suggestions for me to consider in the future to avoid other problems. I highly recommend this company.
