Grant and his team resodded my house plus 3 neighbour's. They did an excellent job. The exclusive team are honest, hard working, fair priced, and detail oriented. Any request from myself or neighbour's were quickly accommodated. We can't say enough good things about exclusive exteriors.

Grant and his team did a great job on my new home, it was Very hard to just trust anyone to do my front and back, because of the hill I have. They were patient with the questions I had concerning the price and if they could complete it on Time before winter, and they did ! Grant checked up mid winter to remind me that he will be doing my front now that spring is here, I appreciate him keeping up and staying loyal.

Grant was quick and responsive with a competitive quote. He and his guys arrived on time with their supplies and after a short discussion about things like the Bell cable line got to work. As promised they cleared and top-dressed the lawn to even it out and then put down new sod. Yes, there were some seams showing but they grew together as promised. With a regular watering schedule the front lawn is doing very well. Grant and his team were a pleasure to work with.

Grant redid our front and back yard just before the winter started. The lawn still looked great in the spring but we noticed that the lawn was super bumpy and uneven. We gave it a month or two hoping it would start growing more and even out but that was not the case. I have contacted him numerous times but he does not care and is not willing to correct this. We now have to have to cover all the grass with top soil and reseed everything. Very disappointed and a waste of $4000.
