My wife Margaret and i would like to commend your firm on the quality of the work that you provided in the renovation of our home.
Workmanship included but was not limited to; water proofing the exterior of the north side of the home, repairing front deck, rebuilding side deck, construction of a new interlocking sidewalk, multiple repairs to the grading on the north side of the home. Interior work included removal and replacement of moldy insulation and drywall; treatment of wood studs, removal of existing carpet. In addition, installation of vinyl wood flooring replacing carpets in the basement and installation of laminate wood flooring replaced carpet in both the living and dining areas. Electrical and plumbing work was completed to meet standards of building code. The air conditioner and furnace were replaced because of malfunction and safety concerns. Our roof was replaced with 35 years chateau style shingles.
We would like to mention that the work completed in our home was carried out in a most satisfactory and expert manner with many incidental items included but not mentioned here, at a reasonable cost and in accordance with the provisions of the Ontario Building Code.
