Our Samsung fridge was leaking water and freezing in the veggie and fruit drawers. ARNI replied quickly and Evgeny came to check it and repaired super quick and effective. Great service. Felt safe and confident. Fridge is working perfectly now. Super satisfied.

Both Evgeny and his technician were absolutely excellent. They installed our stacked washer and dryer and even gave us a solution to install non-standard oven and range hood which didn't quite fit into our ikea kitchen. Communication was quick and clear, they arrived on time and went above and beyond. Having gone through a kitchen nightmare with a different contractor, the guys at Arni brought my mother to literal tears for their help - upstanding, compassionate, good people that know what they're doing. Very impressed by this repair company. I explained the problem with the turntable not working and the motor likely being broken. They were happy to provide an estimate of material + labour in advance of their visit assuming this was the problem. They arranged a visit once they had purchased the likely part, arrived on time and fixed the microwave quickly. The repair was easier than they anticipated due to our style of microwave and they provided a discount on their original estimate. The technician was very friendly, courteous, respected all covid protocols, and ensured the microwave was tested by me and I was happy with the work before he left.

While the technician was delayed, ARNI responded with a note indicating a new time on the same day. Yvgeniy was thorough, and showed me the issue before he fixed. Then he went the extra mile and found the part today @ 4:30PM (instead of having to wait another day or 2), and he went and got the part, returned and installed, and ran tests to ensure the leak was resolved.

Thanks for responding to my original ask in a timely manner, providing a reasonable date for resolution and much appreciation to Yvgeniy for going the extra mile.

Our kitchen-aid oven stopped working on the bake setting. Yevgeni from ARNI was friendly and very helpful. His team came and checked the oven, ordered the parts (which I am aware are very hard to find nowadays due to ovens being used more than ever during the pandemic) and came back to install within a week.

I had 3 major appliances needing repair in late January: washer, dryer and fridge. In reviewing HomeStars' appliance repair companies, I decided to select Arni because of their excellent customer service reviews.

I'm glad I selected Arni and grateful to their technician, Evgeny. He was professional and patient in answering my questions about the repairs, costs, etc. The dryer and fridge was repairable but the washer was not or would cost me the price of purchasing a new washer. I found Evgeny's expertise and advice reliable, and comforting.
