Asked Edgar to fix a squeaky dryer and take a look at stove burners, as I didn't think they were heating up correctly. Dryer was fixed quickly, and (just as important) Edgar showed me the temps of each of the stove burners and told me there was nothing wrong, nothing to be done. Good, quick honest service.

While the technician was delayed, ARNI responded with a note indicating a new time on the same day. Yvgeniy was thorough, and showed me the issue before he fixed. Then he went the extra mile and found the part today @ 4:30PM (instead of having to wait another day or 2), and he went and got the part, returned and installed, and ran tests to ensure the leak was resolved. Thanks for responding to my original ask in a timely manner, providing a reasonable date for resolution and much appreciation to Yvgeniy for going the extra mile.
