First off I messaged about 7 companies on homestars with a description of my problem and photo of my stove. Yevgeni got back to me quickly and was the only person to send me a picture of the part I needed with the actual online cost. He was straightforward with his cost and I knew he wasn't trying to mark up his cost on a part. He came to my home on time and was very polite, wearing his mask and shoe covers.

My stove was a problem. The part didn't work properly and Yevgeni really wanted to make it right, you could tell he cared. He spent more time with me then quoted and offered to drive back to the part supplier to return and pick up a new part. He knew that we couldn't be without a stove for long so he told me he would be back, same night by 8pm. Well he showed up at 6pm with the new part in hand and got my stove working!! Then told me to call him back if something is wrong within the 90 day warranty and he would be back!

Yevgeni was great in diagnosing the cause of water leaking from our LG front-loading washer. Turned out to be something simple that ended up not costing much. Great service, very effective communication and timely delivery.

Our LG washer went dead, and in a house of four that's no small issue. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and confidently, and once the part arrived he showed up the next day to perform the repair. He was thorough and courteous, and even cleaned out the lint from behind the washer/dryer and helped me re-hang the door I had to remove. I will definitely use this company again for any other appliance issues I have.

Both dishwashers in the house had stopped working. Evegny was careful to explain what he thought the problems were, and to listen to us. It took him 3 visits, but the fixable dishwasher got fixed and installed in the main kitchen, and the other dishwasher got taken to the curb. We were very impressed with his professional approach and determination to leave us with a working setup.

My above appliance did not work any longer. Mr. Hugenni of ARNIE Appliance repair and installation made a house call. He could not repair the appliance as there was a serious defect with the microwave. He was nice enough to uninstall the appliance for us and even move it outside the house for trash collection. His service was outstanding and much appreciated as we are seniors and would not have been able to do it ourselves. He was courteous, informative.
