Garage door was no longer reliably closing. Steve came the following morning to assess the problem. He reprogrammed the electrics and replaced a broken spring, provided me with a programmed remote control and adjusted the closing distance from the ground so that the door is tightly closed. Steve is a pleasure to have work on a job. He clearly explains the issues and repairs promptly.

Very impressed by this repair company. I explained the problem with the turntable not working and the motor likely being broken. They were happy to provide an estimate of material + labour in advance of their visit assuming this was the problem. They arranged a visit once they had purchased the likely part, arrived on time and fixed the microwave quickly. The repair was easier than they anticipated due to our style of microwave and they provided a discount on their original estimate. The technician was very friendly, courteous, respected all covid protocols, and ensured the microwave was tested by me and I was happy with the work before he left.

After sending photos of our heating system and chatting to Len on the phone about our heating problem, Moe came to the house prepared, and quickly identified the problem. Within 4 days they had sourced a replacement valve and came back to the house to complete the repair. They identified a further issue with our boiler and fixed that quickly during their visit. I was impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help me better understand how our infloor heating system works. I will not hesitate to use Tempasure again.

I called Sam after reading many excellent reviews on Home Stars. He answered the phone immediately and arranged to come over to fix my washing machine the same day. He clearly explained the diagnostic call out fee on the phone to me, and then once he found the problem with the washer he provided the full quote. My washing machine was repaired within a half hour, and Sam took the time to explain why it wasn’t working and how I could stop the problem occurring again. I will definitely call Sam again if anything goes wrong with our appliances.
