There was a slight problem with the clean up and I addressed this to Otto and he came right back and fixed the problem. For my inconvenience, he stated maintenance next year . . . no charge! This is the kind of service we hope to get but don't always get it.

Could not be happier with the work Otto provided. A/C stopped working in the middle of last summer's heat wave. After receiving a number of quotes, went with the Hot and Cool guys to replace my ancient furnace and A/C.

They arrived on time, removed the old units, and stayed late into the night getting the furnace and A/C installed so we could get the cold air back in the house.

We're saving money on both the gas and electrical bill, but more importantly, the heating and cooling is much more even throughout the house.

Have already used the Hot and Cool guys for other natural gas needs. You'll be impressed with Otto.

I called Otto to perform an Annual Furnance Maitenance for our townhouse we just moved into as I wanted to ensure it was in good working condition before the winter months. It was easy to book the appointment with Otto and he let me know via text when he was arriving. He was thorough with all of his checks and explained all his them as he was doing them. Entertering into the summer season I was aware that my existing air conditioner was in need of replacement. After reading many outstanding reviews for The Hot and Cool Guys I reached out to them. Otto took the time to discuss all my options and answered the many questions I had. Otto also kept in constant contact with me regarding the scheduled completion date.
The Hot and Cools guys were considerate of my work schedule (working nights) and made every possible accommodation for me. Their work was exemplary; the floor runners were a nice touch keeping my home clean. Otto and team went beyond all reasonable expectations. Even with their busy schedule they were able to do preventative maintenance on my furnace. Furthermore they changed a faulty valve for my humidifier free of charge.
