My intention was not to cause any damage your relationship with your tenant.
I have reached out directly to you and ask that we come up with a solution between us. This offer is still on the table.
In regards to the actual MOLD TESTING:
The mold test given was straight forward and to the point. It requires that I place a canister in the possible affected area and let it sit for the duration of the test. Then follow up by sending the sample to a lab to have it tested. Once the result is complete, I return them to the client. This was all done, step by step.
In your situation as a landlord, I did the test you requested and while at the location, the tenant wanted to know the results of the mold test and I stated clearly that your test was only for you.
The tenant onsite ask for a separate test be done for her own verification. I added a second test for the tenant. My action was not to be malicious in any way, as I thought that it was just a scientific procedure and the results are just information on a piece of paper.
You (The landlord) was given back the results for the test that was originally requested. The tenant was given back the results of the test that was requested.
(Your review has everything to do with the results of the tests and your interaction with your tenant.)
I did not disclose information about your results with your tenant as they had the results to the test they ordered on their own.
I did not discuss the tenant's results with you as you had your results you requested.
As a lesson for this experience, I will refer secondary participants for testing of any kind, to a different service provider. Again my apologies for any issues that may have occur from this with your tenant.
