Super impressed with Daves work. We were purchasing a new building and it really came down to a time crunch... with only a couple of days notice Dave made it happen, provided a great report, and the deal got done. Couldn't be happier with the services of Prelude Inspections.

Dave was very thorough with all areas of the home. Climbed up into attic for at least 10 min, taking pictures to let us know what exactly we needed to do . He answered all our questions,and was able to point out good and bad. He made suggestions on all his findings,verbally and in a 23 page PDF. We were totally satisfied w Prelude Home Inspections and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needed a home inspection

Dave was very thorough with his inspection of the house and took the time to show and educate us along the way. He put together a detailed report including images and descriptions of work to be done with priority work highlighted. He has actually gone above and beyond by coming out to our property since to answer follow up questions and show us how to do some of the recommended work.
