We have a Viking fridge that suddenly stopped cooling. Called these guys and someone was there to look at it the same afternoon. We were pleased with the immediate help and the technician was very pleasant to deal with. He got it up and up and running and I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I had called Toronto appliance repair for my frigidaire stove repair and the service guy promptly arrived at the agreed time.
He looked at the stove for 2 mins and said that 2 parts need to be changed(which aren't readily available) and he will get back within a day with a quote of how much it would cost. He took the 80$ service fee and left.
He never called. I called him to get the quote and he said he had been busy with other work and will get back in a day. The next day , no call back :(

I called Toronto appliance repair to complain about this and they just said "We are only human" and that they would look into it.

The service guy later called that day and said it the cost of the parts and labor would be 540$. We decided not to go for it because of:
1. slow slacky service
2. The part is priced at 157$ in marked so 540 including labor seemed too high to us!

I called Toronto Appliance Repair to see if someone could take a look at leaking Kitchen Aid fridge broken door seal in our condo in downtown Toronto. The technician came in, right on time and did a diagnostic look over. The seal was broken, our drain was clogged (hence the leak!) and the motor for the fan was leaking oil. The technician was quick, did a great job, cleaned up very neatly and was polite and personable. Very happy with Toronto Appliance Repair. I will have them come in a couple weeks to look at our Dishwasher and washing machine!

Great service and the staff was as helpful as they could be. We needed help with a business washer/dryer @ downtown Toronto and was limited on availability. Toronto appliance repairs was able to help us out a bit, went in, took care of it and all was done!

I had issue with my oven I called Toronto appliance repair, Repairman came to my house that night and fixed the issue within 15 minutes! My Oven is repaired and it is working fine now. The best part was affordable and much less then anyone else I called in Toronto. They have a customer for life good job !

My washing machine broke down and needed repair. The water did not drain nor spin so my laundry was soaked in water. I googled for washer repair contacted more than 10 places but all I got was dispatching company and answering machines. And Toronto Appliance Repair came on search on google. Technician came the day of with updates on time of arrival. He was very honest with pricing. Since I know nothing about washing machine, he could have just give me a number for pricing and charge whatever. But he gave me choices of which route I could save more and charged only service fee. Two thumbs up and I will definitely call him for future appliance repairs!

I called Toronto Appliance Repairs after work on a Friday evening (around 5:15 p.m.) to repair Kenmore refrigerator and got a call back about one hour later from them. I explained the problem and they asked me to send a photo of the model and serial number, which I did. Then told me that someone would be at my home the following morning between 8 and 10 am.

Around 8:15 am, Fridge repairman showed up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and the necessary part already in his Van. The work was done quickly and he was very careful about cleaning everything up afterward. Basically, this all worked out extremely well and I will definitely contact these guys again.
