I had called Toronto appliance repair for my frigidaire stove repair and the service guy promptly arrived at the agreed time.
He looked at the stove for 2 mins and said that 2 parts need to be changed(which aren't readily available) and he will get back within a day with a quote of how much it would cost. He took the 80$ service fee and left.
He never called. I called him to get the quote and he said he had been busy with other work and will get back in a day. The next day , no call back :(
I called Toronto appliance repair to complain about this and they just said "We are only human" and that they would look into it.
The service guy later called that day and said it the cost of the parts and labor would be 540$. We decided not to go for it because of:
1. slow slacky service
2. The part is priced at 157$ in marked so 540 including labor seemed too high to us!
