I love my new cellular blinds from Budget Blinds! My sales person was amazing, super friendly and made the experience enjoyable compared to other companies I've been to! I would highly reccomend this company to everyone!

actually if i could stop anyone from using budget blinds i would.
my order was delivered to me way longer than the expected delivery date. the installer did not have the correct mounting brackets for the living room. the bedroom blinds were half one color and half another. (some brown and some white) one of the other binds for a patio door was completely wrong. no fear though as i was told there would be a rush put on them. the next trip the installer still did not have the correct brackets for the living room. and the blinds that came in wrong were still on order. the third trip did not prove to be the "charm" as although the brackets were correct the installer still did not have the replacement blinds to fix the error of the so called design specialist. this all took place in Sept.
today is Dec 7th..... i am still waiting for the replacements that budget blinds was supposed to "rush"..... i called twice last week and was told that they are having trouble locating it in the system. i was told by heather in the store that she would call me back shortly with some sort of answer..... well, its been four days so i called again today and someone wanted to transfer me to heather but apparently there are now problems with their phone system. she was nice enough to take my name and number and assured me that heather would call back promptly. that was three hours ago.....
************ update update update update ************ i heard back from Craig later in the afternoon. they said that the blind that was holding up the last two to be installed was being shipped next day air from some place in the states. the next day budget blinds called to schedule the install of the last two blinds. hooray right??? wrong! the installer showed up with only one of the two blinds that i was waiting three months for. the installer said that the blind must be in the warehouse and that he would come back the next night on his own time to finish. he also asked me not to call the office to tell them what happened. this to me meant that the installer screwed up and was covering his ass. (sorry Branson) i waited and the installer came back the next night around seven to finish. he needed to trim one of the valances on the new blind and did so in front of my front door at the top of the stairs in my new condo building. the shavings were collected in a pile and he said that he would dispose of them. it wasn't until the next morning when i left for work that i saw the way he disposed of them. he pushed all the wood shavings off the top stair on to the stairs below. leaving me embarrassed when i saw my neighbors that day and obviously leaving me to clean up the mess.....
i know this is a long review but every word of it is true. i have not exaggerated any of it. even though i am pissed about budget blinds its all true. i hope that i can stop others from getting burned like i have been.
people..... do not use budget blinds for anything! (just my opinion)
