2 techs just finished fixing my A/C and were all around great!! Very professional, explained my options clearly and didn’t to try to rip me off. They are Milton based and came to our rescue in 1 day. They arrived ready to work and were very respectful. I Highly recommend and will use their services again.

Called them up late on a Friday was able to assist with my heating issue. Patient, detailed and great service. Hands down the best around, would recommend to anyone that needs help with their A/C or furnace.

I Paid the $92.00 for Free Vac Inc. to come look at my fireplace. When technician came he couldn’t diagnose what the issue was. I was told if he were to proceed further and dissect the panel, it would cost an addition $149 on top of the $92, this was just to open a control box in my fire place and there were no promises beyond that. Smelling that this was probably their business model and that it would keep getting more and more expensive, I paid the diagnostic price and cut my losses. I am pretty sure that this is their business model. They hook you and then the price keeps growing and growing. Stephen seemed like a nice guy on the phone but there was no follow up and there is something that didn’t smell right during and after my experience with this company. I’d pass on these guys.

Had our tankless water heater, furnace and AC serviced. Justin was professional and friendly and mindful of Covid. When there was an issue following the appointment Stephen sent someone immediately to source it and when it wasn't obvious, he came and found the issue and resolved it quickly! There were no additional costs or hidden/unexpected fee. Stephen was also friendly and professional. There were no concerns having him in the basement to investigate as he was mindful of Covid protocols as well.
I would highly recommend them to anyone!

THEY SAVED US FROM FREEZING!
My furnace suddenly stopped working during December when it was -15 C at night. I called several places and none of them were able to come out the same night. I spoke with Stephen and without hesitation he said he could come and help me with my situation.

I sent him pictures and info for my unit.

Stephen and another employee (sorry I forgot his name) arrived within an hour. He took his time to look at it and see if it could simply be repaired but it was completely rusted out.

He replaced the unit the same night with minimal noise and time. he cleaned everything. it looked like no one ever came.

I'm very thankful even today.

Stephen and his crew (Garry and Trevor) installed a Mitsubishi Heat Pump system to heat and cool the upstairs of my Toronto home. They did this is -10 degree weather. Their work and customer service was excellent. Truly professional service.

Steve was excellent, came on a Sunday to give the quote and completed the work Monday morning. He was professional and did not pressure to replace the unit. Will definitely call again if needed
