Stephen responded very quickly to my request and got the job done within a few hours of my call. He and his helper were a delight to deal with and they took the time to explain how to operate my BBQ safely. It was a very small job but they treated me like a million dollar customer.

I needed a gas-line put in to my kitchen. Stephen got in touch within 30 minutes of the request, came in person to give me a firm quote, and got the gas line in the day after my stove was delivered.

The line was put in professionally and quickly. The work area was left cleaner than when he arrived. I was most impressed with the fact that he went out of his way to avoid having to punch additional holes in the access-way and did not leave until he was sure I was completely satisfied with the work.

Called Stephen because I couldn't figure out why there was clicking noise after the furnace turned off. Stephen was able to figure out the problem and cleaned my furnace at the same time. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

What a great experience dealing with Free Air Heating & Air Conditioning. After my furnace broke, I called and Stephen arrived within a few hours (during a snow storm!!). His knowledge and customer service skills were very impressive. He was able to repair my furnace within an hour and was willing to answer any questions I had. We shopped around for a replacement and unit and was referred to Free air heating and air conditioning Ltd. I spoke with Stephen Free who offered to come and give a free no obligation quote. The quoted price was less than the other estimates that we got so we accepted his offer. He did the installation as scheduled and on time as well. The work was very well done, clean and professional. He walked us through the project and explained all that was done. We are very pleased with the work that Stephen did and the services we received.

Furnace stopped working at 1.00am. I texted Mr Free, he came immediately and assessed the problem. The furnace was 15 years old and needed replacement. Mr Free came the next day and replaced it and the water heater which was very inefficient and costly with a tankless one at a price that was really a great deal. He was courteous and always answer the phone at anytime. Great service.

Free Heating & AC Ltd. Did an excellent job replacing my older AC unit. He recommended the replacement unit and size. Explained the unit, its ranking, and improvement over the other units. Most importantly his quotation on the unit and installation services was much lower than other quotations I received. His installation was conducted professionally and was very clean.

Stephen came highly recommended and he didn't disappoint. I have a restaurant in Brampton and in the middle of winter my heating stopped working. I phoned him and even though he had other appointments he was able to get us back up and running later that day. He even came back the next day to ensure that all is was well.
