I worked with this crew on our second story addition project. Scope of work required some special skills as connecting "old with new" is not always that easy. They went over and beyond to complete the work in timely manners despite very rough weather. We were able to maintain living conditions on the main level while construction was being done (without the roof). I would highly recommend this company for any of your framing needs.

Work consisted of two phases of complete interior renovations, 6 months or so for first phase, and 12 months for second phase; new hardwood flooring, kitchen cabinets, dressing room cabinets, custom trim mill-work, complete interior painting, textured ceilings, removal and staining of two level custom staircase, new Brazilian cherry hardwood and floor tiling throughout, complete Reno of multiple bathrooms, etc, plus two exterior decks.

I was recommended to approach AIOC to do the remodeling of my 1955's old house. The project was supposedly involving tearing down the old roof completely and rebuild it in conjunction with the new four cars garage, an addition and a complete living attic space. The AIOC team understood the steps involved, including the delicate process of tearing down part, adding of a new steel beam, beautiful blend between older to newer part of the house. The team leaders also suggested changes to the initial design which turned out to be absolute amazing implementations that increased the living space in the attic substantially, also from the esthetics perspective. As a side note, I had people walking by, asking me to provide them with the contact details of team because they were also impressed with their workmanship and talent.
I would recommend AIOC for any house framing work and I also look forward on me prospective future projects

Jorge was a pleasure to deal with! He finished the job in a timely manner, was friendly, trustworthy and the job he did looks great. It’s been 4 years since the completion of the work and we have had no issues. I would use Jorge again in the future for any stonework that we needed done.
