I was recommended to approach AIOC to do the remodeling of my 1955's old house. The project was supposedly involving tearing down the old roof completely and rebuild it in conjunction with the new four cars garage, an addition and a complete living attic space. The AIOC team understood the steps involved, including the delicate process of tearing down part, adding of a new steel beam, beautiful blend between older to newer part of the house. The team leaders also suggested changes to the initial design which turned out to be absolute amazing implementations that increased the living space in the attic substantially, also from the esthetics perspective. As a side note, I had people walking by, asking me to provide them with the contact details of team because they were also impressed with their workmanship and talent.
I would recommend AIOC for any house framing work and I also look forward on me prospective future projects
