Akreno construction did a great job in repairing stucco, resolved drainage problem and removed damaged woodjoist.

Ali and his team did a great job on the stucco job we wanted. Our main reason for wanted the job done was to stop a rain leak and it worked.

Ali was very responsive and explained the process that was required and provided a reasonable quote in a timely manner. Work was completed on time. Ali matched the colours and repaired the holes beyond expectations. Finished product did not show evidence of repairs. We were more than pleased with the result. The go to firm for quick high quality stucco repairs.

The wall leak was repaired by drilling every block and injecting closed cell foam to stop water ingress and for insulation and the floor was insulated with high density foam (a high quality dry core), covered with a high quality wood grain type commercial flooring. Akreno also moved a lot of furniture, books and shelves, etc. (two extra jobs were assigned also)! Their work was excellent, great clean-up, all at a reasonable price; thanks so much Ali and crew!

I have really old heavy sliding closet doors that kept weighting down on the track and were not opening/closing as they should. Ali came in looked at them, found a solution and managed to fix all 4 of my closets in a timely manner.

Had what turned out to be a small leak in the bathroom, but Akreno showed up promptly and did excellent work quickly. Ended up getting them to do a few other things that needed done. Have a few more jobs that will need done in the spring, and will definitely call Akreno.

Ali and his team did an amazing job converting my basement into a legal basement apartment. They completed all the requirements to convert our basement into a legal dwelling. They were organized and very polite, they explained every step of the way and did a fabulous job on every detail.

Ali was very responsive and very personable and friendly. He was able to repair a kitchen ceiling and repaint and also repair a broken handrail along side our stairs which had become detached from the wall.
