Az Siding Vancouver

AZ siding did a complete siding renovation. Andrey communicated very well and the finished product was excellent. The work was a little behind schedule, but nothing out of the ordinary for construction work. I was most impressed with the communication from Andrey and his availability to answer questions and solve issues that arose. The quote for the work was very competitive and the work was done at the price quoted. There were no major surprises despite the fact that the home is nearly 90 years old. Overall a job very well done.

Justin and Zachery repaired some damaged aluminum siding on two sides of our house. The work overall was quite well done and it was obvious that Justin new what he was doing and both workers did an admirable job.

Some minor critiques:
1/ one hole for an outside light was cut wider than the original hole and necessitated a replacement of the light with a wider fixture.

2/ Communication - Justin and Eldar came by on a Saturday and I understood that the job would be done that day when in fact it was just a walk around and he job didn't start until Tuesday. I had to rearrange my plans to be there a second time.

The workers were also not aware that the replacement door stripping had to be painted. This was agreed upon and in the work order/ estimate. I had to find paint, and a paint brush.

3/ The workers did not have ladders. I had to provide two ladders for a job (part of which was halfway up the side of my house).

Again, the work was well done so that is the main thing, but awareness of these points may make things go smoother on future jobs.
