Maydone Appliance Repair

RJ quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and repaired our gas stove/oven. We were very happy with the process and result. We highly recommend the company and the young man who repaired our stove.

Refrigerator was making a lot a noise. Contacted Whirlpool to send out someone to have a look and they sent MAYDONE repair person. They assessed the issue, order the parts and had it repaired within a week.

Good service, although a little bit pricey. The technician - Vitalli was punctual and professional. Satisfied with the repair.

I called as my fridge was not cooling. A serviceman Alexey came out within 4 hours and got my fridge cooling again. He has to return to replace the part but it will be ok until he returns with the new part. The door to release cold air broke and remained in the closed position and he just removed it so the fridge cools and its cooling again. This company came through. I can't say enough positive things.

Aleksey had come out on Dec 23 and fixed the problem until he got the part. He returned a week later and replaced the part. A+ service and came out on the same day within a couple of hours.

The technician Igor recommended a cheaper way to fix my refrigerator. I saved a lot of money !

Unfortunately there wasn't anything maydone could do to resolve our issue, as the manufacturer manual says defrosting the unit will resolve the issue. That's not our experice so far, but no fault of maydones. If we need appliances repaired in the future we would certainly use them again, they're very quick to get you an appointment, their tech was very friendly and even called back to inform me he looked into the issue further and there were no fixable parts.

Came quickly, identified the problem, technician Max identified the problem, was able to locate the part locally, picked it up and was back quickly. Unbelievable. I am extremely pleased with the service and with Max the technician

Opened a warranty claim for parts & labour on our side by side fridge & freezer, and had the work diagnosed within a couple of business days, then completed promptly within a couple more business days. I appreciated the technicians communication and professionalism, as well as from the adminstrative head office.
