I called as my fridge was not cooling. A serviceman Alexey came out within 4 hours and got my fridge cooling again. He has to return to replace the part but it will be ok until he returns with the new part. The door to release cold air broke and remained in the closed position and he just removed it so the fridge cools and its cooling again. This company came through. I can't say enough positive things. Aleksey had come out on Dec 23 and fixed the problem until he got the part. He returned a week later and replaced the part. A+ service and came out on the same day within a couple of hours.
