Unfortunately there wasn't anything maydone could do to resolve our issue, as the manufacturer manual says defrosting the unit will resolve the issue. That's not our experice so far, but no fault of maydones. If we need appliances repaired in the future we would certainly use them again, they're very quick to get you an appointment, their tech was very friendly and even called back to inform me he looked into the issue further and there were no fixable parts.
