Maydone Appliance Repair

The technician contacted me to get the model number so he could bring parts. My machine is old so he took considerable time attempting to access the heater. He explained to me the possible causes for lack of heat and replaced the most likely parts. I'm satisfied with the repair but thought the hourly rate for the service was high. Given that this was the first time that I had the machine repaired, I have nothing to compare.

I highly recommend Maydone for service. The tech Alex is very knowledgeable and kind. He repaired my dishwasher under an hour. The service department went out of their way to accommodate my time for the repair. I hope I don't need them again, but if any of my appliances break, who you going to call...

The installers were very clean, polite and efficient in doing the job and they patiently figured out out the waterline was located even though I had no idea.

Tropical Tide really bent over backwards to get the job done before a scheduled event. Usually I have to point out a couple of things that are missed, but Elijah took care of everything before I could even ask him and even did a little extra. Very pleased with the results, and I will be referring him to my friends and neighbours.

I thought hiring an appliance company would make a fix at my rental property easier and faster. When the washing machine wasn't working I called this company to come out and take a look. They charged me $220 to "unclog a drain" which I am not convinced was clogged. When that didn't fix anything, they took a stab in the dark and told me that that charging me another $400 to "replace a motor" would fix it. When I went over and took a look at it myself, the motor was fine. A simple diagnostic showed that the main board was malfunctioning so just replaced it and it works now. What a waste with this company, but hey, at least they were prompt with answering my calls and taking my money.

The company has an answering service for non business hours. They were prompt in calling once regular hours began. They were prompt keeping their appointment and honest and friendly during. I highly recommend this service company.
