Our Miele hood fan for our stove stopped working. Maydone sent Aleks to diagnose the problem. Then they ordered the part and he came back to install it. Very easy. Very pleasant to deal with. Will use again for appliance repair.

I used this company a few years ago and then most recentjy a few weeks ago. Still impressed by them. Booking was a pleasure and technicians were very nice. I have recommended them and will continue to do so. I will definitely book with them again! They do a great job!

We hired Anthony of Big Bear Construction to redesign and implement a new garden in our front yard and do some additional planting in our backyard. Anthony was very helpful with giving us ideas and inspiration and was very patient with coordinating his work with other work being done on our house. He has great communication and is very attentive to details. We are very pleased with Anthonys work and will be using him for future projects. We highly recommend Big Bear Construction.

In January we ordered a Collins leather sectional sofa with a right hand configuration. We called to confirm that it would be a right hand configuration as we wanted to make sure it would be correct upon delivery. Today it was delivered and guess what ? It was the left hand configuration! They offered to let us keep it until our new and correct sofa was ready but after discussing it with the supervisor who didn't seem to care very much we decided to return the sofa and cancel our order. We will never order from Restoration Hardware again.

This was our second time using TPMS and it was flawless. They moved us back into our renovated home and took extra care to protect our belongings and the floors and walls. I find Marion and his team to be very professional, helpful and experienced. I would not use any other company but them for future moving needs!!

Very professional and reliable. Reasonable rates. Great communication via email. I found Marion and his team to be very helpful with taking down and wrapping a large, heavy mirror. All our items were moved carefully. They even provided wardrobe boxes for free! This company is very experienced and I will use them when we move again.

Excellent Customer service. The cleaners Dalton and Olga were very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job. I will use them again. I liked that they emailed a copy of the invoice to me ahead of the appointment so I knew how much the job would cost.
