Charged me $120 after breaking my cooktop
They charged me a $120 service fee after breaking my cooktop.
I hired them to replace the glass for my induction cooktop as the glass had a crack in it.
First they came with the wrong part. Then they came with the right part but didnt know how to install it. Installers didnt even know how to check the codes or set up the new glass unit. They told me it was a defective part and then they came again for a third time. And this time, not only did they not know how set up and install the new part, they managed to break my old working glass cooktop.. the main burner that we use for cooking was no longer working after their technician left.
And after all of that, they decided to charge me a $120 diagnostic fee loll.
Stay away from this company. They dont know what they are doing and have no professionalism whatsoever.
