Unfortunately, I’m out $300 and am left with a broken piano after I took Latrell up on his offer. He was the first person to respond to my request for a piano mover. That was my first mistake. Then we paid him cash after delivery (even after they broke the handle of the screen door, *dropped* the piano down the outdoor steps of the first home - also breaking their dolly/going to the store to buy another one, and delivering the piano with the pedals *broken off*). Latrell offered to have the pedals fixed, sent a welder a few days ago who said they can’t be fixed from the exterior of the piano, the internal parts need to be repaired and then left and now Latrell isn’t responding to my texts or my mother’s texts and phone calls. We were nice, honest people throughout this process. I’ve never written a poor review before, and I don’t consider this to be one - it’s simply a warning to anyone looking to move a piano: don’t trust these guys.
