AVOID!!! Our shower was installed off centre. We asked for a refund as we had MANY issues with installation and don't want Greg's to work on the plumbing again. The owner, Greg refuses to be reasonable and give us the $500 refund it would take to replace all the titles. He won't even get on the phone with us, hiding behind his employees. Terrible customer service.

The plumbers, Scott and Michael, arrived within an hour of requesting service. They quickly discovered that this was much more than a blocked drain and explained exactly what would be needed. They returned with the replacements and explained every step of the process. They were polite and efficient. Their attention to detail prevented a much more serious leakage with major damage to the ceiling below the bathroom. The work space was cleaned and the invoice explained in detail. I will be using Greg's for any future plumbing needs.

Sam from Greg's Plumbing was amazing. He arrived on time, was considerate of my dogs and did his work quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated the fact that I called at 8:30 and someone was here shortly after 10:00. I am extremely happy with the service and the job done. Everything was running and all cleaned up in under an hour.

They first sent an estimator rather than a plumber to actually do the job. I had arranged for it to be time & material, and took time off to be on site, so was very upset. They did arrange to send a plumber about 1 he later, but sent a completely untrained apprentice who had no idea what he was doing. After 2 hrs, I asked him to call and request a real plumber to come snd do the job. This experienced plumber did a great job and also replaced the drain assembly in the kitchen sink, both jobs in 1 he 20min. They tried to charge me for 4.5 hrs labour, which I eventually had reduced. Frustrating experience, but ended ok.

We purchased a toilet from a big box store along with installation. The big box installer came out and looked at the toilet and said he wasn't able to do it and that the supply valve needed to be moved. We asked if he could do it and he said no (and it's a good thing). I call Greg's Plumbing and Heating Inc. and book for someone to come out. Chris showed up on time and I explained what happened. He took some measurements, gave me a quote, removed the old toilet and installed the new one. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. What I appreciated what the honesty and professionalism in assessing that the line didn't need to be moved because there was plenty of room. The big box installer could have taken us for a ton of money which is why I'm glad he said no. I highly recommend Greg's Plumbing and Heating Inc.

Greg called me after I sent my request online to Homestar. I like that he took the time to call. Ivan was on time and was finished on the time that he said will take him to do the work. We are very happy with the work he did.

Greg's plumbing and heating came to the rescue when our hot water tank failed on a Sunday. Removed the old tank and replaced with an amazing new tank. Had hot water in our home in no time. Would highly recommend Greg's plumbing and heating any day. Thank you so much for your help!

Greg was fast to respond to my concern about my water heater and he addressed it in seconds. In short he cannot do what I wanted with the old water heater, which is vent through the wall with PVC pipes, unless I get a newer more efficient water heater. He told me to think about it and call him again if I want to do that. Overall it was a great experience, I wouldnt hesitate to contact Greg again for another quote.

Had a leak from the Masters sink, got in contact with Greg and Sam from the company showed up the next day promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. Not only did he fix the leak but replaced it with updated parts to be sure it will last. Fast, reliable service I'll definitely use again.
