I immediately noticed from the first visit that they didn't have much experience, but I asked them to come back and we made an appointment again, perhaps to give him more chance to get to know the house better. On Saturday he was supposed to come by 11:00 am and we agreed on the phone that I won't lock the door so they could come in and do the cleaning. At 9:04 pm 10 minutes before I get home, I get a text from Carlos (the owner and worker) and he apologizes that he couldn't go to my house. I was shocked but after many apologies I accepted another appointment for Monday. Incredibly, it didn't even show up on Monday, my door was not locked.... I phoned him and text, he didn't answer anymore.
I don't want anyone to experience this.

we work by appointment only this client cancel my appointment the day before and ask me if i can come back the following week my respond was ok is not a problem but after he cancel my appointment he call me the next day and ask me if i can come saturday i respond yes i will make arrangements with my others clients but unfortunately i was haven very busy day that Saturday and i have to cancel this person. and i dont like the attitude he give me on the phone i working my self with my teams and this person dont anderten that we have more clients waiting for the same service
