We had to install a new external faucet that required re-routing a washing machine water pipe and drilling a hole on the outside to install the faucet.

Tony arrived on time and promptly provided me a quote. After I accepted the quote, he then arrived on time the next week and finished the job.

The toilet on our first floor began to leak water into the basement as a result of a worn flange. I contacted Energy Plumbing on July 29, 2019 and they responded the same day. Tom visited us and did an excellent job of rapidly fixing the flange. He was very conscientious about ensuring that the toilet was level and well sealed too. We are very pleased with the work accomplished.

Quick, professional and cheaper quote than any of the others. Tom was able to recommend an alternative solution to existing condition and provided training on how to maintain the hose bib for the future, and how to winterproof. Only issue was a no-show during first scheduled appointment.

Needed supply and drainage lines for a new en-suite stacked washer and dryer for my 42 year old newly purchased condo. The plumbing company the building management recommended was twice the price that Energy Plumbing quoted (without having anyone available to come over to do the quote in person) and couldn’t do the job for two weeks. I found EP through Homestars. I called them because they were highly rated and right down the street. They came over immediately, gave me a very reasonable quote and got the job done within a couple of days. Everything so far is perfect. And Tatianna was very helpful and friendly on the phone. Highly recommended!
