Worst Service Ever

I called this company to repair my Fridge and got an appointment a few days later. So far so good! Their technician "M B" came to the house and diagnosed the issue as a non-working fan in the freezer compartment that drives cold air to the fridge. The freezer was working but the fridge was warm. Mike happened to have a part in his truck and replaced the fan. He spent about an hour at the house and assured me that this was the issue. When Mike left, the fan was running and over the next few days it continued to run and run and run and run. The freezer was now getting warmer and the fridge part was getting colder. So cold that it started to freeze everything (vegetables, cheese, pop etc). I called Appliance Repair experts and also the technician (he gave me his direct phone number). The Manager called back every time and told me they would have the technician call me. HE NEVER DID. This has been going on for eleven days now. The original problem still exists and I have had to call in another repair company. I have never left a review for anyone before but this time I feel that people need to be told DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Charged and no service

These guys came out December 22 to service my freezer. They charged me $224 and we havent heard from them since. Ive been calling, emailing and no response. Ive asked for a credit many times and absolutely no response. Its been almost 2 months. Terrible customer service!

Use ANYONE else

We thought the computer was gone on our washer. Technician did not listen and quickly diagnosed a broken pump, ordered part, installed part. When the washer still did not work he then pronounced it was not actually the pump, but our motherboard (computer).

So several days and 200 dollars wasted on a faulty diagnostic and a part we did not need.

He then told us to try to find the correct motherboard ourselves on the internet. When we said we would have no idea where to look for such a thing he agreed to look. After more and more days and several messages to him he finally called back and said he could not find the part so get a new washer.

He failed to respond several days when he said he would, and twice called about 7pm after I had to call him and said he would come the next day - which he did not.

At one point he removed a plate on the back of the washer and could not locate the screws to fix it back on. When questioned about it he told me to just set it in place it would be fine. It is not fine - keeps falling off.
I do not recommend this company.

Try ANYONE else. It is obvious to me these people do not know what they are doing.

I emailed the company to try to get our money back but have not got a response after several days.

Poor follow up and customer service

The follow up communication after my initial appointment was terrible. I would not recommend this company. After the technician looked at my dryer he promised to try to locate a part and get back to me. After a few days I had not received any response. I called the company and still no returned call. I finally reached the technician and was asked to call him back. Another day went by and I called again and he told me hed text me. I received his text one week after my initial appointment. Needless to say I did not select this company to do the repair. Luckily I trusted my instincts. The next company I had in discover it was not at all the problem quoted by this company

wine cooler

They came to fix the wine cooler, and asked for 350.00 I had to leave the home and asked my daughter friend to pay him when his job done. When I came home nothing was done and he has charged 500.00. Called over 4 to 5 times and they said they will send the repair, nothing happened. send them an email, and write now I am taking them to small court.

Washing machine repair

I called for a repair since the washer was making a noise. The technician said he needed to replace a part. He completed the work and they charged by credit card. I realized that a metal ring fell off and water began leaking. Despite numerous attempts to get someone to come fix the issue by calling and emailing, its been a couple of months and no one has responded.

Dryer/dishwasher repair

My biggest issue is customer service. Their motto is customer service is my priority but neither the technician nor the manager read the companys handbook. My technician was unprofessional, rude and belligerent. The technician became agitated when I asked questions. When I asked if the total he quoted me was everything. He said to me that here in Canada we pay taxes. Im a woman of colour born and raised here. He made me feel like other.
To add insult to injury, I called the manager twice and pretended not to be the manager and hung up on me.
Unfortunately, the dishwasher he came to repair is still not working. DO NOT HIRE ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Awful experience

The technician replaced a fan in our oven charged us $350 and told us it was fixed. When he was leaving we turned on the oven and it did not work. He said a second part was needed and made an appointment to come back. He did not show up and has not responded to my calls or emails.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

I hired this company to install a washing machine. The installer did not remove the 4 large shipping bolts prior to installation. This caused the machine to shake violently. This can ruin the machine and void the warranty. When I called the installer he denied that this was the problem. He said he would come back and remove the shipping bolts but that this would not resolve the violent shaking. He clearly had no idea that it is common knowledge that the shipping bolts on a washing machine need to be removed prior to installation. I never heard back from the installer. I hired another installer who removed the bolts and the shaking has stopped. I have tried to call the company dozens of times for a refund. They never answer the phone. The manager does not answer his phone. He states to send him an email and gives an address. My emails have bounced back as the address is not recognized. This is a shady operation.

washing machine repair

We had a technician come to fix our washing machine that wouldn't drain. He said a part needed to be ordered and we paid a $300 down payment. After two weeks and many phone calls and emails we had two technicians return at 7 in the evening. After 3.5 hours our machine still did not work and the technicians were just looking for solutions on their phones so we sent them away. We have not had any response since then from the company regarding a refund of our money. The BBB also received no response when they contacted them on our behalf. They did not correctly diagnose or repair our washing machine and kept our money! Beware of this company in waterloo Region!
