When my washing machine stopped working, I contacted Yevhen based on his excellent reviews in HomeStars. He responded quickly and scheduled a service call for the next day. He showed up when promised and performed a very thorough inspection.
Unfortunately my machine needed too many parts in spite of not being that old and not heavily used. He explained to me what was needed and I decided it was not worth it. He disconnected the appliance for me and only charged his service call. His service is fantastic and if I have future problems with an appliance, I will definitely call Yevhen - he is professional, honest, and knowledgeable.

Yevhen was quick to respond to my call and to confirm a time to fix my dryer. He was on time and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

I was worried that a waterline was leaking behind my built-in fridge and I had no idea how to move a 42 inch built-in fridge out. There was shaking in the waterline and I heard water behind the wall.

Yevhen showed up on time, also gave me 10 minutes notice before he arrived. He was very friendly. He quickly pulled out the fridge and inspected the waterline. There was no leak so as the ice-maker was also not working, he suggested turning off the waterline to stop the shaking. He also found there was a constant leak in one of our toilets that I was not aware of which caused the water sound behind the wall.

The whole experience just made a huge difference knowing there was no leak plus he addressed the waterline shaking issue which was very annoying. Going forward, Yevhen is my appliance guy.

Yevhen actually answered the phone personally and within a minute we made arrangements to meet later that day. He arrived at the agreed time wearing shoe coverings and the mask.

Water leaking from the washer, I went to HomeStars website and found Yevhen with excellent reviews. I called Yevhen on Sunday, he came to fix the washer the next day. He found the leaks was from the soap dispenser and he had to order the part which came two days later. He came back right away and replaced with the new part, now everything is working perfectly. Yevhen is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest and reliable. The service was excellent from start to finish and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone who need his service.
