My washer was pooling water. I called Yevhen early on a Sunday morning and he got back to me within an hour. After I explained the situation he was very transparent about the possible issue and very clearly laid out prices upfront. After coming over, washer was fixed within 15 minutes (it was a clog). Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend.

My 5 year old washing machine wouldn't start. it had power, the door would lock, but the machine would not engage and start to fill with water. I called Yehven at 9:00pm in the evening. He answered his phone and made an appointment to come the next day. He was able to diagnose the problem and repaired the part (the door lock contacts needed to be cleaned) and the washer was back up and running.

Came on time and was able to fix my problem, he was also extremely cautious in my place with mask and shoe coverings. Will definitely call in the future and will also recommend to friends and family.

Yevhen disconnected 3 old gas stoves quickly and efficiently. As I had just moved in he had to work around boxes and furniture. He did so without a word of complaint. Also, he was faced with a very old installation and had to do a bit of a workaround. Even with these challenges, he still completed the job in no time! Also, he was a very nice man. Very pleasant and polite.

Professional and reliable. I had both a fridge and a wall oven not working. Yevhen was able to diagnose both problems quickly and after ordering a part for the oven, fixed both appliances promptly.

Received a quick response for servicing a broken vent hood. Came the same day. A part needed ordering, was informed of the parts cost before proceeding. Once received the pair was done quickly. Highly recommended, will definitely call Yehven for any future repairs needed.

Our Dryer was smoking in the AM. I called at 10am and By 1pm someone was on site. The took the unit apart, diagnosed and had it back together and working again by 1pm. Great service!

My washer was making loud grinding noise during the spin cycle, Yevhen was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my washer and repair it. My washer is now working smoothly.
