I contacted Yevhen to install a dishwasher and over-the-range microwave. He responded to my request promptly and provided a quote shortly after I confirmed a few details. He was accommodating and offered a solution to a problem I had. He came out and did the installation the following business day, arrived early, and completed the work efficiently. My kitchen was left looking like new. He even noticed that my stove was not 100% level and asked if he could correct it. Excellent service and attention to detail from start to finish. I would highly recommend him and will use his services again from the next appliance installation I have.

My Frigidaire Dryer was giving an E64 error code during every use. Yevhen called me, we booked. He was very polite and professional. When he visited, at the time he said he would, he looked at the dryer and gave me great advice, very little of which would benefit him. I will definitely use him again and recommend him. It isn't often that you get engineers that make you feel that what you need is the most important part of their job. Great guy.

My 2yr old apartment size machine stopped during spinning cycle. Friend recommend this agent and glad she did. He arrived on schedule checked the machine and explained what happened. I had an emergency repair for my refrigerator on Friday at 4:00 pm on the long weekend in September. I called 5 repair services and only Yevhen responded. I got his name from my neighbour. He immediately put me at ease. He told me he would be there Saturday morning at 10:00 am and was there by 9:45. He diagnosed the problem, gave me excellent advice on my options and ordered the necessary repair part. In a few days he returned, did the necessary repairs and we were back with a refrigerator that is as good as new. Yevhen is very professional, extremely nice and I would recommend him to service any of your appliances. He will always be on the top of my list for future repairs for any issue I may have with any of my appliances.

Yevhen was quick to respond to my initial email and provided details on the part I needed to order.
Once the part arrived he came and installed it quickly and efficiently. In the YouTube video that explained how to replace the part, they took apart 1/2 the machine but Yevhen was so familiar with the process that he was able to do it without taking anything apart, doing much of the assembly inside the machine by touch. He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced and I will definitely be calling him again for appliance issues. Thanks Yevhen!

I contacted Yeuhen to assess the problem with my non-functioning Viking oven. He was able to provide an accurate diagnostic assessment and made a minor repair by cleaning the ignition. My washer was pooling water. I called Yevhen early on a Sunday morning and he got back to me within an hour. After I explained the situation he was very transparent about the possible issue and very clearly laid out prices upfront. After coming over, washer was fixed within 15 minutes (it was a clog). Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend.
