I was worried that a waterline was leaking behind my built-in fridge and I had no idea how to move a 42 inch built-in fridge out. There was shaking in the waterline and I heard water behind the wall.

Yevhen showed up on time, also gave me 10 minutes notice before he arrived. He was very friendly. He quickly pulled out the fridge and inspected the waterline. There was no leak so as the ice-maker was also not working, he suggested turning off the waterline to stop the shaking. He also found there was a constant leak in one of our toilets that I was not aware of which caused the water sound behind the wall.

The whole experience just made a huge difference knowing there was no leak plus he addressed the waterline shaking issue which was very annoying. Going forward, Yevhen is my appliance guy.
